  	LaRose, Robert and Vivian (Apperley) Robert LaRose grew up in the Kipling Area, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry LaRose. In 1950 he married Vivian Apperly of Whitewood and they farmed at Kipling. They had two sons: Larry and Brent. In 1964 they bought the Lyall Matheson farm in the Stanley district where they farmed until moving to town in 1974. Larry attended school in Moosomin, then worked in the bank in Virden, Thompson, Winnipeg and other places. He married Elaine Ikert and they have two children. Their home is Calgary where Larry is employed with a Federal Banking firm. Brent was only five years old when the family moved to our district. He received his schooling in Moosomin, then went to Calgary where he worked for the New Holland Company. Brent is now attending University in Winnipeg studying to be an architect. After moving to Moosomin, Robert was employed at the Trans Canada Campgrounds. In 1974 Vivian passed away after a lengthy fight against cancer. Robert has since been married to Ruby Murray of Wapella and they make their home in Moosomin. [4]
