    • Apperley, Francis and Agnes (Tweedy)
      Francis James Apperley was born in Nicolston, Ontario on July 2, 1871. He was a stonemason and bricklayer. In 1903 he married Agnes Tweedy who was a teacher. They had four children, Francis Tweedy, Mary, Arthur, and Inga. Francis Tweedy who never married was drowned in an accident in Wascana Lake when he was 23 years old. Mary married Cliff Rodgers and they had three children, James, Wallace and Marjory. Mary died when Marjory was very small, leaving Cliff with three children to raise. Arthur was married and moved to Ontario. He had one son. Inga married Matt Stoetzel and moved to Neepawa, Manitoba where Matt owned a garage. They had two sons, Joseph Tweedy, and William Ralph. After they both retired Frank and Agnes moved to Neepawa and lived in a house near their daughter Inga. Frank died on October 24, 1941 and Agnes passed away on October 14, 1957. Both are buried in the Whitewood cemetery. [1]

      Francis was born on July 2, 1871. He was a stonemason and bricklayer. In 1903 Frank married Agnes Tweedy, a teacher. They had four children. (1) Francis Tweedy who never married and was drowned in a skating accident on Wascana Lake in November of 1928. He was 22 years old. (2) Mary married Cliff Rodgers and they had three children, James, Wallace and Marjorie. Mary died in 1930, leaving Cliff with three small children to raise. (3) Arthur was married and moved to Ontario. He had one son, Ronald. (4) Inga married Matt Stoetzel and moved to Neepawa, Manitoba where Matt owned a garage. They had two sons, Joseph Tweedy and William Ralph. After they both retired, Frank and Aggie moved to Neepawa and live in a house near their daughter Inga. Frank passed away in 1941 and Aggie in 1957. They are both buried in the Whitewood cemetery. [11]
