Superintendent G. Merrill
Owatonna, Minnesota

Dear Sir:

I write in regards to Ellen Mary Clark, a child whom I took from your school about 5 weeks ago. I wish to return her, as I can do nothing with her, she is so hard to manage.

I would like to know what arrangements will be made in regards to her return. May I send her alone, or will some school official call for her? I wish you would kindly let me know at once. I greatly oblige.

Yours respectfully,
Mrs. Chas. Mullan
